The Branch at Ancillary* Fermentation offers a unique gathering space for all lovers of beer and our friends & neighbors in the Midtown Raleigh community! We offer a variety of beers made using A*F's unique yeast blends in addition to offering guest taps, non-beer, and non-alcoholic offerings. The Branch pays homage to Ancillary*'s original goal of serving unique beer in unexpected places by preserving the feel of the prior banking tenants. Enjoy a relaxed, family-, and dog-friendly atmosphere inside our roomy taproom or outside on our spacious patio & grounds! See below for FAQs and additional information.

Ancillary* is very family-friendly and your supervised children & well-behaved, leashed fur babies are always welcome at The Branch both inside the taproom and on our outside patio & grounds! There is a changing table available in our unisex bathroom. We have also installed an outdoor "dog waste station", so please pick up after your four-legged friends. Help yourself to a free lollipop and/or dog biscuit from our Teller counter!
We have a variety of rotating food trucks on select days; check our Food & Events for more information. We also sell some amazing Fancy Feasts at The Branch; check our Menu for the current offerings. Otherwise, you're encouraged to check out the adjacent dining options of our Eastgate neighbors which is an easy & quick walk from A*F through the plaza parking lot. You are welcome to bring outside food to enjoy in our taproom!

Absolutely! Walk up & order all your tasty A*F favorites at our outdoor window to receive them through the teller drawer. It's a fun & unique experience!
Yes, the tube is completely functional, as well! There are obvious size & weight limits for items that can be transported in the tube.
A bank doesn't lend itself to having onsite brewing capacity… However, our award-winning & nationally acclaimed Brewmaster & team brew up unique Ancillary* brews offsite!
